BY BUS:- Drive from Kathmandu to Ilam then the second day continue to drive from Ilam to Taplejung. From the Taplejung we can start our Olangchung Gola Trek. We can drive by local bus Jeep or Private vehicle. Now, it is possible to drive further than Taplejung.

BY FLIGHT:- Regular flight from Kathmandu to Bhadrapur. Then fly to Suketar or drive to Taplejung. Now, it is possible to drive further than Taplejunga.

B, BARDIA NATIONAL PARK. 

Bardia National Park is the largest national park in the lowland Terai region, covering an area of 968 sq. km. The national park situated in the themed-western Terai region of Nepal, occupies the Karnali flood plain and the Babai river valley. It is a major component of the Tiger Conservation landscape. The mid and far west of Nepal is one of the least explored regions of the Himalayas. Bardia national park remains very much untouched wilderness which appeals to nature lovers and naturalists.

The park offers a variety of experiences in its vast undisturbed wilderness. about 50 percent of the forest consists of Sal trees with a mixture of grassland and riverine forests. the park is home to endangered animals such as the Royal Bengal Tiger, Wild Elephant, and Greater one-horned rhinoceros. The upper Dolpo region is a restricted area so you need a special permit to visit the upper Dolpa trek, You have to pay per person USD 500 (for 10 days) to the Nepal government. Upper Dolpo: is very popular for its historical cultural and natural heritage. upper dopa and Upper Mustang is the desert area of Nepal. People and Culture
The lower Dolpa is mainly home to Thakuris, Chhetris, and Brahmins people the people in the Dolpo area are ethnic groups, Tibetan Bhotiya, with Tibetan culture. The lower part of Dolpo has lots of different castes and cultures. In lower Dolpa at Tirpurakot VDC there is a very popular Hindu temple Bala Tirpura Sundari temple. where a large number of devotees from the surrounding region offer worship. 

When to visit Dolpo- 
The best time to visit Dolpo is from April to September. Through the monsoon month summer season. In the winter all high passes are covered by snow and very cold. 

Lower Dolpo Entry Permit Fee- 
For Lower Dolpo Trek you need a special trekking permit. You have to pay per person/per week USD 20. and for the national park entrance fee NR-3000 per person. 

How to get there- 
We can get there by Flight, Kathmandu to Nepalgunj to Juphal (Dolpa). There are different ways to get there and Exit from the Dolpo trek like Jumla district, Mustang district, and Beni, Baglung.

Annapurna Sanctuary Trek is known as the Annapurna Base camp trek. It is a very popular trekking route over the world. Situated in Myagdi district western part of Nepal. It is the Annapurna conservation area. it is very famous for its mountain views, flora, and fauna. Annapurna Sanctuary trek is in the northern part of Pokhara. 

Pokhara is the gateway to this trek. Ghorepani, Ghandruk, and Landruk is a beautiful Magar village and it is famous for Magar culture. The people are mainly poon Magar. Poon Hill is the best viewpoint of this trek, from Poon Hill we can see the Himalayan panorama including Mt.Annapurna-1 and Mt.Dhaulagiri which are more than 8000m high mountains, Mt.Machhapuchr(Fishtail),  Annapurna south and many other popular peaks. 

The largest rhododendron forest in the world, landscape, and many more. Poon Hill is the best sunrise viewpoint too. The Annapurna Base Camp is like the garden of the Mountain. Trekking from March to May is more beautiful and colorful by the rhododendron flower.

Nar Phu Valley Trek is a newly opened trekking route. It is open for tourists since 2003AD. it is a remote part of Nepal. We just arrived from the Everest Base Camp Kalapathar trek. It is winter in Nepal's cold season. Temperature is -8 to -13 in this area. water was frozen but the weather was very clear so nice. No cloudy beautiful mountain views and very quiet. Our guests from New Zealand are very happy and enjoy this trek. (no more tourists like the main season) In the main season very hard to get a room for a small group and 1/2 people. 

The last year 2012, total-3,6213 tourists are visiting in Everest Region Trek.
