Trekking can be enjoyed in all seasons of Nepal. The most popular trekking seasons are- Spring season (February to May), Autumn Season (September to November). and Winter season (December to January) winter is very cold above 4800m and all high passes are covered by snow. But you can enjoy your trekking at lower altitudes. Trekking occurs more in easily accessible areas such as the Everest region, Annapurna region, Manaslu region, and Langtang Gosaikunda.
Generally, trekkers like to visit the more famous regions like the Everest trek, Manaslu trek, Annapurna trek, and Jomsom Muktinath trek with the most dramatic scenery. but there are certain parts of the Himalayan region popular for classic trekking such as the Pathibhara cultural trek, Helambu valley trek, Jumla rare trek, the lower part of the Solu-Khumbu trek (new open trekking trail), and many more. Even in the monsoon season June to August trekkers can trek in the rain-shadow areas north of the Himalayas like Upper and Lower Dolpo Trek. Upper Mustang Trek, Humla. The best way to experience Nepal's rich natural beauty and cultural riches is to visit them on foot.
