Lower Dolpo Trek 18 days

Lower Dolpo Trek is a beautiful remote wilderness trekking trail in western Nepal. very popular for its natural and cultural heritage. Flora and fauna, are popular for wildlife like, snow leopards, The blue sheep. High passes with beautiful Himalayan Panorama including Mt Dhaulagiri(8167m) Annapurna and Manaslu massifs. The Kanjirowa Himal (6883m) is the highest peak in this district. Numa La Passes 5,318m and Baga la pass 5,190m are popular high passes in the lower Dolpo trek. Lots of historical beautiful Bonpo Monasteries (Gompa), Bonpo religion and Bonpo Culture, and many more.

The main attraction of this trek 
The magic landscape, Dho Tarap Village, Beautiful Bonpo Monasteries, and Bonpo culture, Likewise, Shey phoksundo lake, Numa la and Baga la high passes with great Himalayan views, flora and fauna, The people's leaving style and lifestyle. 

People and Culture
The lower Dolpa is mainly home to Thakuris, Chhetris, and Brahmins people the people in the Dolpo area are ethnic groups, Tibetan Bhotiya, with Tibetan culture. The lower part of Dolpo has lots of different castes and cultures. In lower Dolpa at Tirpurakot VDC there is a very popular Hindu temple Bala Tirpura Sundari temple. where a large number of devotees from the surrounding region offer worship. 

When to visit Dolpo- 
The best time to visit Dolpo is from April to September. Through the monsoon month summer season. In the winter all high passes are covered by snow and very cold. 

Lower Dolpo Entry Permit Fee- 
For Lower Dolpo Trek you need a special trekking permit. You have to pay per person/per week USD 20. and for the national park entrance fee NR-3000 per person. 

How to get there- 
We can get there by Flight, Kathmandu to Nepalgunj to Juphal (Dolpa). There are different ways to get there and Exit from the Dolpo trek like Jumla district, Mustang district, and Beni, Baglung.
