Upper Dolpo Trek is a very famous remote area trekking in western Nepal. Dunai is the headquarters of the Dolpa district. It lies on the Thuli Bheri Riverside. Upper Dolpo Trek is situated in Shey phoksundo national park area. It is a 22 to 25 days trek from Kathmandu to Kathmandu. The upper Dolpo region is a restricted area so you need a special permit to visit the upper Dolpa trek, You have to pay per person USD 500 (for 10 days) to the Nepal government. Dunai is the gateway to Dolpo Trek. 

Upper Dolpo: is very popular for its historical cultural and natural heritage. upper dopa and Upper Mustang is the desert area of Nepal. It is popular for its great mountain views, Shey phksundo Lake, The Flora Juniper plants, the pine forest in the lower part of Dolpa, very expensive herbs, Yarshagumba, and other many different herbs. 

The Fauna: Mainly Snow leopards, Blue sheep, and other wildlife are found in this region. If you are interested in knowing about Tibetan culture, Religion, Historical Monasteries, and Tibetan scenery, Dopa is the best destination for you.

The best time to visit Dolpo is from April to September. Through the monsoon month summer season. In the winter all high passes are covered by snow and very cold. 

Lower Dolpo Entry Permit Fee- 
For Lower Dolpo Trek you need a special trekking permit. You have to pay per person/per week USD 20. and for the national park entrance fee NR-3000 per person. 

How to get there- 
We can get there by Flight, Kathmandu to Nepalgunj to Juphal (Dolpa). There are different ways to get there and Exit from the Dolpo trek like Jumla district, Mustang district, and Beni, Baglung.

Annapurna Sanctuary Trek is known as the Annapurna Base camp trek. It is a very popular trekking route over the world. Situated in Myagdi district western part of Nepal. It is the Annapurna conservation area. it is very famous for its mountain views, flora, and fauna. Annapurna Sanctuary trek is in the northern part of Pokhara. 

Pokhara is the gateway to this trek. Ghorepani, Ghandruk, and Landruk is a beautiful Magar village and it is famous for Magar culture. The people are mainly poon Magar.
