The Rollwaling Valley is a quiet mountain region and the eastern part of Nepal. situated between the Everest and Langtang regions. Rolwaling is the East-West Valley below The holy mountain Gaurishankar (7145m)and south of the Tibetan border. Roll waling valley is also known as one of the seven hidden valleys in the Himalayas. this is really interesting to visit into Gaurishankar Conversation Area, which is less touristic than another trekking trail in Nepal. as the route pass along the Tamakosi river valley through remote Sherpa villages of Simigaun, Bedding, and Na. 

Bedding is the last permanent settlement and Na gain is only the summer settlement of this trek. This trek is very popular for the unique culture of Sherpa and Tamang peoples, The holy Mt Gaurishankar, Panoramic mountain views like Gaurishankar, Dorjelakpa Peak, Melungtse, Chicago, Ramdung Peak, Chobutse Peak, etc. Great nunnery Gompa called Bigu Gompa, Rivers, Glacier and Glacier lakes, Flora and fauna. The Rollwaling trekking involves the crossing of adventures High pass Trashi Labtsa pass (5755m)one should have peaks climbing permit for this route.
