is very rich in nature, historical, and cultural heritage. It is located in the Kanchenjunga region. Kanchenjunga is a very popular trekking destination in the eastern part of Nepal. It's named after Mt Kanchenjunga 8,586m which is Nepal's 2nd and world's 3rd highest mountain. In the Kanchenjunga region, Trekkers can do many different treks depending on their choice and interest. Like Kanchenjunga Base Camp Trek, Kanchenjunga's north and south base camp Trek is known as Kanchenjunga Circuit Trek. Likewise, adventure high pass trek Mirgin la Pass 4,935m, Sele la Pass, and Olangchung Gola, Yangma trek. 

So The olangchung Gola is a popular tourist destination in this region by its history, culture, people's living style, lifestyle, flora, and fauna. In Olangchung Gola, there is a very old and historical monastery. (about 600 years old). in the monastery, there is a mushroom naturally written "OM MANE PADME HUM" the mantra of Buddhism. It is the main attraction of this monastery. The Gola and Yangma people are originally from Tibet called BhoTiya. They have Tibetan BhoTiya culture. they supply their own needed things from Tibet carried by Yak. 

Trekkers can trek continue the Kanchenjunga trekking trail to Ghunsa (Ghunsa is a very nice and beautiful village in this region) and then have to high pass Nango La pass to reach the Olangchung Gola. it is an adventure trekking trail to Olangchung Gola. 

HOW TO GET THERE:- 

BY BUS:- Drive from Kathmandu to Ilam then the second day continue to drive from Ilam to Taplejung. From the Taplejung we can start our Olangchung Gola Trek. We can drive by local bus Jeep or Private vehicle. Now, it is possible to drive further than Taplejung.

BY FLIGHT:- Regular flight from Kathmandu to Bhadrapur. Then fly to Suketar or drive to Taplejung. Now, it is possible to drive further than Taplejunga.

2, BY Flights You can fly the mid from Kathmandu to Bharatpur airport. It is served by regular flights. Then half an hour's drive to Sauraha Chitwan. 
3, By River Rafting You can also reach the national park by rafting down the Trishuli and Narayani rivers. 

B, BARDIA NATIONAL PARK. 

Bardia National Park is the largest national park in the lowland Terai region, covering an area of 968 sq. km. The national park situated in the themed-western Terai region of Nepal, occupies the Karnali flood plain and the Babai river valley. It is a major component of the Tiger Conservation landscape. The mid and far west of Nepal is one of the least explored regions of the Himalayas. Bardia national park remains very much untouched wilderness which appeals to nature lovers and naturalists. 

HIGHLIGHTS 

The park offers a variety of experiences in its vast undisturbed wilderness. about 50 percent of the forest consists of Sal trees with a mixture of grassland and riverine forests. the park is home to endangered animals such as the Royal Bengal Tiger, Wild Elephant, and Greater one-horned rhinoceros. Swamp deer and Black buckBlackbuck. other endangered species include Gharial Crocodile, Marsh m, mugger and Gangetic dolphin, endangered birds, etc. More than 30 different Mammals, over 400 species of birds, and several species of snakes, lizards, and Fish. Bardia national park is the best place to see Tigers, Wild Elephants, and One-horned Rhinoceros. it is also the only place in Nepal to see freshwater Dolphins and blackbuck, Antelope. the Karnali rivers are home to the endangered Gharial Crocodile and marsh mugger and the endangered Gangetic Dolphin.

The Jomsom Muktinath Trek is a very popular tourist destination in Nepal. it is located in the mid-western part of Nepal in the Mustang district. the mustang district is two parts Upper and Lower parts. Jomsom Muktinath is the lower part of the Mustang. the Muktinath and Kagbeni are the borders of the Lower and upper mustang. the Muktinath is very famous for domestic and international tourists. 

Muktinath is the holy temple of Lord Vishnu. the Jomsom Muktinath trekking trail is included the Annapurna circuit trek. Muktinath is a very popular pilgrimage site in Nepal. thousand of pilgrimages from India and different parts of Nepal they visit Muktinath every year. there is 108 sacred water spout flowing with cold water, where pilgrimage takes a quick bath. 

From Muktinath you can see nice and beautiful mountain views including Mt Dhaulagiri 8167m Nilgiri and beautiful views of upper Mustang, this region is famous for its Ethnic group, Thakali culture, flora and fauna, very old and historical Kagbeni monastery, Jharkot monastery and Jong Monastery. 

From the Jong, you can see the view of throng la pass 5416m the high pass. It is a short and sweet trek Many facilities to get there:- You can fly from Pokhara to Jomsom and you can drive by bus from Pokhara, Beni to Jomsom. From Beni, you can start walking It depends on your choice.
