Three High Passes Trek Itinerary

Day 1, Flight from Kathmandu to Lukla (2,850m), Trek to Phakding (2,652m).

Day 2, Trek to Namche Bazaar (3,456m).

Day 3, Acclimatization Day. Visit Syangboche, from where you can see very exciting views of Mt. Everest, Lhotse, Lhotse Sahar, Ama Dablam, Thamserku, and many beautiful peaks. Enjoying seeing the panoramic view of the Everest Himalayan range.

Day 4, Trek to Thame (3,820m).

Day 5, Trek to Lumde (4,368m).

Day 6, Trek to Gokeyo (4,790m) via Renjo La pass (5,360m).

Day 7, Hiking to Gokyo Ri (5,360m), Enjoy seeing breathtaking mountain views.

Day 8, Trek to Thangnak (4,700m).

Day 9, Trek to Dzongla (4,830m) via Cho La Pass (5,420m).

Day 10, Trek to Laboche (4,910m).

Day 11, Trek to Gorekshep (5,190m), afternoon visit Everest Base Camp (depending on your altitude condition).

Day 12, Hiking to Kalapather (5,545m), and trek back to Laboche (4,910m).

Day 13, Trek to Chhukung (4,730m) via Khongma la Pass (5,535m) (it is a hard and long day so have to start early in the morning).

Day 14, Rest day, visit Imja Valley.

Day 15, Hiking to Chhukung Ri (5,550m), trek back to Dingboche (4,410m).

Day 16, Trek back to Tengbuche (3,865m).

Day 17, Trek back to Namche Bazaar (3,456m).

Day 18, Trek back to Lukla (2,850m).

Day 19, Flight from Lukla to Kathmandu and transfer to hotel.
