Namaste, I am Gyan (GB) Katuwal. I am a professional trekking guide and trekking/tour organizer in Nepal. I have long experience with tourism in Nepal and with trekking regions and trekking routes in Nepal.  I have been many times in the Kanchenjunga region in my guiding experience with many different countries and people in the Kanchenjunga trek. In my experience, the Kanchenjunga trek was hard and difficult to organize the Camping trek. At that time, the Kanchenjunga trek was only possible by the Camping trek. so need many staff and porters so that the trip was really expensive at that time, transportation was also expensive and difficult too. 

Kanchenjunga Himalayan Range

Nowadays, the Kanchenjunga trek is very comfortable and cheaper than before because it is possible to Tea House Trek in Kanchenjunga (Lodge trek), and road conditions also very good. Mt Kanchenjunga 8586m is 3rd highest mountain peak in the world and 2nd highest mountain in Nepal. located in the eastern part of Nepal at Taplejung district in Kanchenjunga Conservation Area. It is the best adventure trekking destination in Nepal. 

Kanchenjunga Base Camp Trek is very famous for, Great views of Mt Kanchenjunga Himalayan range including, Kanchenjunga main 8586m., Kanchenjunga west(Yalung Kang) 8505m., Kanchenjunga central 8482m., Kanchenjunga south 8494m, Khambachen peak 7903m as well as Janu Himal (which is main attraction of this region), many beautiful mountain peaks, 23 species of Rhododendron, Snow leopard, Red panda, Blue sheep, Green Forest, Various Ethnic group with their unique culture, Tibetan refuse camp at Folley, Ghunsa village, Glacier, Lakes, Rivers and many more.
